The statement read: "Be?ikta? football club are in talks with FC Metalist club over the transfer of Jose Ernesto Sosa."
The player transferred from the club by loan for 1,5 Million Euro and Be?ikta? have an option in contract to buy player till 15 October.
If Be?ikta? decides to sign the player, they will have to pay extra 2 Million Euro to Metalist.
The 29-year-old joined Atleti on a six-month loan on 1 January 2014.
Sosa won the La Liga with the Rojiblancos and also played in the 2014 UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid.
